Retire the duplicate PostgreSQL SQL ConfigMap/init/repair path after verified production adoption, qualified restore, and the repaired N/N-1/N compatibility window. Preserve ClickHouse SQL, immutable audit history, backups, and signed digest-only schema delivery.
