bruno cbed366fa9 feat: Gold Template v1.0 - Complete SDLC Console Implementation 
Completed comprehensive SDLC management system for GitHub Projects with
automation scripts, documentation, and health monitoring.

## Major Achievements

### 1. GitHub Projects SDLC Fields (100% Complete) ✅
- Created 8 custom fields via GraphQL API:
  * SDLC Stage (7 options: Backlog → Deployed)
  * Risk (4 levels: Low → Critical)
  * Owner Type (4 types: Human, AI, AI+Human, Team)
  * Delivery (3 states: Demo, Non-Demo, Infrastructure)
  * Health (3 states: On Track, At Risk, Off Track)
  * Sprint (number field)
  * Effort (number field)
  * Completion % (number field)
- Working script: scripts/create-sdlc-fields-final.sh
- Fixed 3 iterations of GraphQL syntax errors

### 2. Dashboard Views Documentation (480 lines)

### GraphQL API Integration

  2. JSON vs GraphQL syntax ({"name":"x"} → {name:"x"})
  3. Missing required fields (added color + description)
- Proper error handling and validation
- Successful field creation via ProjectsV2 API

### API Limitations Documented
- Discovered GitHub API does not support:
  * Creating project views programmatically
  * Configuring view filters, groups, sorts via API
- Solution: Comprehensive manual guide (MANUAL-SETUP-VIEWS.md)
